Teresa H. Hightower

As sole owner and manager of Creek Services, LLC. Ms. Hightower is directly responsible for developing all operational polices procedures, strategic planning and marketing efforts. Ms. Hightower serves as the person of contact for potential clients and submits all contracts and bid proposals. For all contracts received, she selects personnel, assigns responsibilities, establishes performance timetables and the procedures required to insure the highest quality of product. She is directly responsible for the overall marketing, developing relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and vendors as well as the internal administration of the company required to control fiscal responsibilities, appropriate personnel management, and sound operational practices.

Shaun C. Schwartz

As Operations, Senior Project and CQC System manager, Mr. Schwartz, selects personnel, assigns responsibilities, establishes performance timetables and implements procedures required to insure the highest quality product. Ability to thoroughly research and analyze, situations, proposes creative solutions and brings projects to completion on time, safely and under budget deadlines. Has a comprehensive background in quality control and field operations.

Heidi K. Hightower

As Project Coordinator and Office Manager, Ms. Hightower, oversees all activities related to construction projects.  Communicates with Subcontractors / Clients to ensure assigned tasks are addressed as required. Prepares cost estimates for Request for Proposals.  Managed the set-up and implementation of approved Work Authorizations. Coordinate task orders to approved sub-contractors. Prepared and submitted all applicable Regulatory Reporting and Permitting. Acts as company liaison with all regulatory agencies and oversees all aspects of the QCS / RMS system. She has held position as safety officer.

James W. McDonner

As Marine Project Manager, Mr. McDonner, oversees all activities related to marine construction / drydock division.  Communicates with the USCG / US Navy / Clients to ensure assigned tasks are addressed as required. Manages the set-up and implementation of approved Work Authorizations.  Assigns responsibilities, establishes performance timetables and implements procedures required to insure the highest quality product is delivered. Ability to thoroughly research and analyze situations, proposes creative solutions, and brings projects to completion on time, safely and under budget constraints.
